Return Policy
Logical products returned for repair under warranty are repaired and returned within 7 business days unless it is necessary for a technical support engineer to contact you and discuss the repair. We pay return freight and use the same shipping method as the unit is received. To obtain warranty service, you must fill out our repair request form and return the product unmodified and in the original packaging.
Repair/Exchange Program
Out-of-warranty products qualify for our repair/exchange program in the second and third years from original ship date. Products are repaired or exchanged at Logical’s discretion. The customer submits a purchase order and pays freight both ways. Turnaround is 10 business days.
Spares Program
Out-of-warranty products that have been in the field for more than three years cannot be repaired. Customers can purchase a new controller for any products that are active (not obsolete).
